The staff was very nice. We could use wake up service and ironing free of charge. - We had a separate bedroom. - It was nice to find a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher. The location of the hotel is fantastic, a short walk to the most important sightseeing spots and restaurants nearby. the staff are very friendly and nice.

I keep coming back to this place because it has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. The staff were so helpful, even giving me a wake-up call. Can't wait to stay here again for New Year!

We experienced a major issue during our stay which affected our sleep. There were loud and disruptive neighbors in the apartment above us who kept us awake until the early hours of the morning.

The bathroom was great, with a bidet and a shower. I felt like I was in a fancy spa! As a bike rider, it was a much-needed relaxation spot at the end of a long day.

Although there was a flat-screen TV in the suite, I personally felt it could have been bigger. But hey, I know others might be perfectly happy with it, so it's just my personal opinion.
